Terms of use — draft
Use Flow34 with authority and care.
These terms describe the boundaries for using Flow34. Review Pro purchase and subscription terms separately at checkout.
Use the official store links to check the currently available version. A submitted update is not a published release.
1. Product status and publisher
Flow34 is a browser extension by the independent developer brand Zero34 Labs. Zero34 Labs is not currently presented as an incorporated company. Pro payments are handled through Whop; review the merchant details and terms before purchasing.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Flow34 to access another person’s account without permission, bypass security or verification controls, create deceptive engagement, harass others, distribute unlawful material or interfere with a platform’s operation. Flow34’s safety controls must not be deliberately defeated.
4. X platform relationship
Flow34 is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by X Corp. “For X” describes compatibility only. X controls its own service, rules, interface and account restrictions. Those may change without notice and may interrupt or prevent a Flow34 workflow.
5. Local data and backups
Flow34 keeps core settings, workflow records and safety memory in browser-local storage. You are responsible for protecting exported backups and for keeping any backup needed before clearing browser data, removing the extension or changing devices. See the privacy notice for details.
6. Free and Pro plans
Free and Pro scope is described on the product page. Review price, billing period, renewals, tax, cancellation and refund terms at checkout before purchasing.
Our payment and refund support page explains the limited voluntary refund policy and how to contact us. Mandatory consumer rights take priority. The policy is a pre-release draft and does not retroactively change earlier purchase terms.
7. Availability and warranties
Pre-release material is provided for evaluation and may change. Store approval, uninterrupted operation and compatibility with every X interface state are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, final warranty and liability terms will be stated in the release terms without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the product, payment provider and publisher structure are finalised. Legal and support questions can be sent to [email protected]. Current status is available on the support page.
